The Challenges

The core challenge was to develop a custom CRM platform and mobile app that syncs property listings from Bali Exception’s existing WordPress website. This included integrating dynamic data without disrupting the current site’s structure, enabling real-time updates across platforms, and ensuring cross-device performance through a unified backend.

The Solutions

Our team architected a robust system using Next.js for the CRM dashboard and Nest.js for the backend API layer, seamlessly integrating data from the WordPress-based listing system via REST API. For the mobile experience, we developed a fully featured app using Flutter, designed for high performance and user-friendly interactions.
